It was hard to believe to 51 was so Lots of people brought their dogs. Not as crowded as some parks. I will come back when I have more time to explore.

Jim Hash, senior planner and bicycle and pedestrian program coordinator for Mesa, said the Rio Salado Pathway will be extended to Riverview Park in February, just in time for spring training.
The West Mesa Connector, which should be completed inwill use the SRP canal and a bike lane along surface streets. That pathway goes through Mesa and into Gilbert, with on-demand traffic-control lights at bik intersections. That paved trail, with a few crushed-granite stretches and railroad crossings, goes all the way back into Tempe.
